Undergraduate New Hires

Undergraduate Rehires

If you are returning to the same Federal Work Study (FWS) or Regular Student Payroll (RSP) job you had in the prior year your supervisor should have already placed you on a rehire list and there is no additional paperwork necessary to complete.

Undergraduate Summer Hires

Students working during the summer months through Feinstein (Community Work Study) must also complete the following:

Graduate Assistantships

Please complete the documents listed below and return them to the listed office. Your GA position will not be considered official until all documents are returned.

Please note that within 3 days of your arrival on campus you must bring original copies of your I9 and W4 forms, including identification documents, to the Financial Aid Office in-person. Failure to do so will result in a delay of the start of your GA position.
